As an organisation we provide accommodation and mentoring support to young people, in order to develop their independent living skills and prepare them for maintaining their own tenancy and the transition to adulthood. Daily life skills such as cooking, budgeting, accessing education, training or employment etc are all covered within structured key work sessions.

Work Experience

  • At least 1 years experience of working with children and adolescents
  • Experience in working in residential childrens’ homes would be an advantage
  • Working individually and within a team

Qualifications

  • Have or be committed to completing QCF /NVQ Level 3 award in Health & Social Care [Children]
